How I imagine Cognitive Functions can be used in Sequential Thinking

Cognitive Functions are hypothetical thinking functions identified by psychologist Carl Jung and today used as the basis of MBTI personality type classification. Here I'm proposing how we can use knowledge of MBTI to create teams that can think sequentially leveraging the strengths of each member in the team.

----------

For sequential thinking we need 4 functions I the given order.

1. Introverted Perceiving Function to observe and obtain resources for framework

2. Extroverted Judging Function to create framework

3. Extroverted Perceiving function to observe framework

4. Introverted Judging function to judge validity of framework

These four functions can be sourced from team members as required. If we have two members with high introverted perceiving function they can work on gathering the resources required for the framework. Likewise if any of the member is lacking strength in a function we must look at their function stack and choose the members who have the strongest occurrence of the particular function.

----------

Ni : observes patterns

Si : observes memories

------

Te : Make hypotheses based on patterns/memories.

Fe : Make relationship frameworks based on patterns/memories

Relationship frameworks : how society can form relationships for greater good.

------

Ne: Looks at hypothesis/relationship frameworks from multiple viewpoints.

Se: Looks at hypothesis/relationship frameworks  in the moment

-----

Ti: Judges the validity of hypothesis/relationship frameworks  from multiple viewpoints/in the moment using existing theories .

Fi : Judges the validity of hypothesis/relationship frameworks  from multiple viewpoints/in the moment using personal principles.

***********

Example : In this scenario I'm possibly using Ni to observe patterns and using Te to make a hypothesis.

Since I lack good Ne and Ti I'm sharing it to the group to  see this hypothesis tested in various ways (Ne) based on known theories (Ti)

**********

Consider an INTJ and ENTP. Intj observes patterns (Ni) and makes a hypothesis (Te). Entp looks at hypothesis from multiple viewpoints (Ne) and judges it according to existing theories (Ti)

Another example that's a bit tricky : an INFJ and ESTP

INFJ can observe patterns (Ni) and come up with feelings (Fe) (relationship framework? Tbh I'm a Lil confused what Fe brings lol. I think they come up with hypothesis on how humans can cooperate for greater good) .

ESTP can observe INFJs feelings/ relationship framework in the moment (Se) and judge it's validity according to existing theories (Ti) (will look like they are applying common sense)
